Swanson Copper Mineral Supplement - 2 mg (Copper Chelate) - Antioxidant, Immune System, and Cell Support - 300 Tablets

Just a great supplement

I chose this because it is a low dosage and I am taking these with my multivitamin which has some copper in it. I like this because of the brand and I trust the supplements are clean. Brand has been around a long time. These are small and easy to swallow. I think i am starting to see a difference in dark hair root growth rather than gray hair and feel a difference. in my hair and my alertness. I need to give it some more time to see if it will help grow back some hair, besides less gray hair. So far so good and with 300 tablets these will last me for awhile. Very good value for the money here.

Reviewing supplements is difficult but you should always take Copper with your Zinc supplement because it facilitates the Zinc being able to enter the cells. We've been using this brand for years now with good results and will continue. These tabs go down smoothly and I trust the brand Swanson. We will continue to purchase!

I don't have the effects of this supplement yet good or bad.
