This stuff is WONDERFUL!! I bought this during my 3rd pregnancy to help with leg cramps and Charlie horses. It gave me immediate relief when I would spray it on my legs! It does leave a slight residue but, the product states that it will. I also had magnesium migraines during pregnancy and this helped relieve those as well! I am now postpartum and I’m still using this product- my husband and I went on a 10 mile bike ride (we hadn’t biked in a very long time LOL) my legs were in so much pain! I sprayed this on before bed (generously) and by morning my legs didn’t hurt a bit! It states you only need 3 sprays but I spray A LOT! I’ve had for about 4-5 months and I’m just now getting to the half mark. So it lasts a while! I also love that it’s prayed over! We are Christian’s and I love to support a Christian business whenever I can! God is good <3

This stuff really worked for me while I was pregnant! The only issue I had was that it left my feet (that's where I sprayed it) feeling really dry, which I HATED when trying to fall asleep, so I'd have to apply lotion before or after spraying. I sometimes sprayed it on my legs too to help with restless leg syndrome.

I read a lot of the reviews before purchasing this so decided to buy it thinking it would help with some cramping and muscle soreness in my third trimester. I wanted to avoid taking another medication so opted for the topical route. I used it on my legs when I first got it and this is what I found: Pros -Easy to spray on -No scent -Reduced soreness by half after 30 minutes Cons -Leaves a sticky feel after a few minutes -Gets all over your hands and floor and bed -Powder feel lingers like you swam at the beach and didn't clean the salt off Recommendations 1. Spray in the shower for an easy clean up 2. If using before bed, wear clothing to cover up sprayed body area so it doesn't get all over your sheets 3. If sticky feeling is extremely bothersome, apply 30 mins before taking a shower so it has some time to take affect without staying in your skin for hours I didn't notice any damage to clothing after washing them. After using this a few times, I'm not sure I'd go back to it because I couldn't get over how sticky it felt. But if you have extreme soreness and need relief, this is still a viable option.

Ordered this because pregnancy pains suck and I was desperate for some restless leg relief! Was skeptical with reviews but pulled the trigger anyway. For the price I do believe the bottle could be a bit bigger, but it does seem to help! First spray made my legs almost itch or have a burning sensation. Read somewhere that could mean I’m very low with magnesium 🤷🏼‍♀️ however, it didn’t last long. My biggest complaint is the salty residue that’s left. It’s kinda like you literally soaked in the ocean and don’t rinse off. Just feel so dry and salty! Overall a decent product though aside from that!

Used this through my pregnancy and just purchased for my newly pregnant niece. Works great for mild nausea!

Works well. My daughter and son say it works well on cramps. I've ordered several bottles to share with my mother as well.

I ordered this hoping the magnesium would help with my morning sickness, unfortunately nothing helped

I love this product in general, it has helped with my sleep during pregnancy and it absorbs well for me. But the spray bottle itself stops working after a certain point… I’m not too sure if it’s the minerals that clog it up, but after about a week of using, I have to pour it into the lid to then pour it onto my feet. It gets pretty messy and then I’m wasting it because it goes all over the floor. I hope this issue gets fixed, because I’m on my second bottle and I really like how it helps me… but the spray bottle needs to be resolved. I have seen others have had the same issue.
