Found these have been so beneficial in aiding my gut health. After lots of on going problems physically I started taking these, this is my second order. They reduced the stomach bloating, constipation, stomach cramps and even my skin looks better. I do take them along with other supplements to reduce cortisol levels and it's worked for me. Good value for money if you take 1 aday it last 6 months I started with 2 aday for the first few weeks and now take 1 a day.

I know how importance the health of my gut is, and since I've been taking these capsules I've found my digestive system is doing what it's supposed to do. I reordered them when a bottle of capsules ran out, but then decided to subscribe, thereby saving money as well as having the hassle taken away. I gave the flavour 5 stars, but to be honest, there's no flavour to them, they go down easily with water and I don't taste anything. They go hand in hand with a good diet of fruit, vegetables, nuts, seeds and grains. I eat dairy and eggs, but these capsules are suitable for any kind of diet, as long as it's healthy and has enough fibre in it.

Early days yet for using this product so difficult to review. Easy to swallow and not had any problems or side effects. Reasonably priced and product was delivered quickly.

I had read a lot about gut health in regards to helping acne sufferers. As mine was pretty bad I decided to buy this product (due to the high content of CFU cultures) and it was still a fairly reasonable price. I have been taking these prebiotics for a month now (along side Vitamin A, DIM vitamins and Vitamin D and magnesium) I have seen a MASSIVE improvement in my skin all over. I would highly recommend this product. It has also made me feel good inside as well as on the outside. Really easy to swallow and almost no taste to them. Must buy!

They do what it’s says feel great nowadays

Good amount of capsules, easy to swallow, it says 60 billion cfu/g, it takes 4 capsules to weigh a gram so each capsule is 15 billion cfu, each strain amount is not indicated but after a bit of research they appear to be very good strains 2 a day works well for me,these were purchased to resolve some digestive issues which currently is really helping

I swapped to this brand for the first time around 6 weeks ago. After using other brands for around 3 years I have never been ill until now. This is the first cold I have had in 3 years and it is a bad one. I gave 3 stars as they did honour their money back guarantee.

For over 6 years I had to take a low dose of antbiotics, until I had an operation that sorted things out. But after the operation my health plummeted and I had many severe colds. Now if you can it is better to eat prebiotics, but due to severe IBS I am not able to do that - so probiotics is my way of dealing with gut issues. We are elderly octagenerians and the less we need to seek medical advice the better.
