I've been following Intermittent Fasting for a while & then I started taking a couple of tablespoons of this MCT Oil to induce autophagy. This is an item I re-order regularly and I’ve tried other brands. The cognitive effects are obvious (more focused) as well as a gentle clean energy boost. MCT can upset the stomach (mine is sensitive) and I’ve gone from a gentle squirt to more over time and no issues, unlike other brands. Great consistency and quality, I froth mine in black coffee and it’s heavenly tasting too and can help reduce food cravings. Deducted a star because I wish it was a glass bottle and not plastic. I hope this item never goes away.

I never write reviews- but you can trust this product. I put it in my smoothies every work day morning and I feel AWESOME! I wake up at 6:30am and don’t feel hungry till about 12:30. Which is a drastic change from getting hangry at 10am most days. Not only does it curb my appetite, I feel more alert and proactive too for the day. I used to take this when I was at my fittest and I never made the connection. But this product does wonders. If you’re in the fence, you can trust in this product. Affordable as well!
