I’ve tried other brands of melatonin and none of them work as well as Nature Made. It’s the only brand I buy now. The melatonin tablets work great. I fall asleep quickly with no hangover effect the next day.

Gets you to sleep REALLY fast. Acts in about 20 mins but one thing super important to note is that most of the time it will be very hard to wake up, your eyes will feel extremely heavy and on top of that you may end up getting a headache in the morning from this. But if you’re really struggling to get to sleep sometimes you’ve gotta do what you gotta do and this just works and works well!
