I grabbed these give out to my colleagues. I read each one as I placed them in the envelopes. They are on cardstock and are a bit bigger than the size of a regular post-it note. In fact, you can turn the message over and there's a place to write a personalized message. Each card is colorful but remains gender neutral. Additionally, the messages can also be given to anyone. There were a few messages that resonated with me and felt more directed at certain individuals so those I will be giving to specific people.

I love these and have used several already. There is a large variety of colors on the cards and envelopes. It adds something special in a letter or a gift bag. I can use them to encourage someone who needs a little uplift or just tell them how much they are appreciated.
