Great price. Of course, it's less expensive if they don't have to filter it. From what I understand there is some good nutrition in that sediment. I cook with this and use it in dressings. Have for years. First found it at my local VT coop.

Love it... there is nothing more delicious than true extra virgin olive oil and a chunk of crusty bread. I saw the story about this brand on 60 minutes and they were described is being the only producer that accurately displayed the true origin of the olives on the label.

I did not receive that sharp peppery aftertaste from this olive oil as I do from any other quality extra-virgin olive oil’s. But it was very reasonably priced it did have a nice flavor color and aroma. And is probably a good oil for the price I paid

Oil quality is poor and old, giving it a rancid taste and smell. Very disappointed considering how expensive it was. Had to throw away. Don’t waste your money!
