Mod Podge Waterbase Sealer, Glue and Finish for Outdoor (8-Ounce), CS11220 Clear Finish

Dries quickly and clear. Adhesive is great: does have a semi gloss appearance when dry. Good for outdoors in rain.

It seems to work well, but the 4 week curing time requires a lot of patience. It's also very thick, so a silicone scraper may be the best tool for application.

Great Price, Great Quality

I’m using Mod Podge Outdoor on painted rocks, and so far, I’m really impressed. The formula is very thick and stays tacky for quite a while, which seems normal given its consistency. They mention it can take up to 28 days to fully cure, so I’ll update later on how that works out. Overall, it feels like it’s going to hold up really well for outdoor projects.

So far so good .a bit thick but works fine

I'm going to give the product itself 5 stars because I've used it before and I like it, however, there was no tape on the lid and it opened during shipment and got all over the other items in the shipment. Luckily everything else was wrapped so only the Modpodge was ruined. You'd think they would know how to ship this sort of thing!

Worked great. I used this over prints that I had made and want to frame to look like canvas. I have a large home and want art that I enjoy but is easy to change and inexpensive so I purchased frames from thrift stores, spray painted them and painted the prints with this mod podge to look like paint brush strokes. They look amazing! I have used mod podge a lot for crafts in my past and enjoy this one that is a bit thinker.

With any ModPodge, read the label. It says outdoor but on the back it says something different "Gloss Finish. Use on surfaces intended for use in sheltered outdoor environments. NOT WATERPROOF" When you get to the end you will find out it takes 4 weeks to cure. And "To eliminate tackiness, Apply clear Acrylic Sealer over cured Mod Podge". It will take FOUR WEEKS TO FINISH YOUR PROJECT. That's right off the label. This stuff is more like a paste than anything else. It is that thick. Most inks will run if it is applied over them, I discovered trying to use it on a stamped project. It doesn't dry as thick as it goes on but every brush stroke can show up. You can see where I corrected the smears. If it starts to smear, the ink is on your brush and will transfer to the project so you have to change brushes. Except for its glueing ability you might want to go for the acrylic sealer and skip this. You might want to save time and go with a faster curing glue. I use it all time for decoupage but every type dries tacky and requires a light spray of acrylic sealer.

Ich habe den Mod Podge gekauft um eine Holzkiste zu versiegeln. Habe es wie beschrieben 3 Tage trocknen lassen. Es ist aber so dass die Kiste jetzt "klebrig ist" es ist nichts feucht oder so aber klebt . Und für glatte Kunststoffe ungeeignet.
