While changing his head which it allows us to do as he came with a changeable head he broke. My son is devastated. We were not using this as intended

Replaceable head would not snap off action figure. Head finally broke off.
He came with an extra head but the original head would not snap off the action figure. After a month of trying to get the head off, the 9 year old broke the head off. Now he doesn't have a head.

Needs better torso articulation and butterfly joints for the shoulders.
A great figure, I'm customizing mine to make an original figure. They're cheaper at my local Walmart right now for $15.88 So check the stores folk.
