I had the early signs of plantar fascitis and not wanting to endure the pain again I searched for a good foot roller with a fast delivery as my last roller went missing. I walk a lot and didn't want the persistent pain. I found this excellent roller slightly longer than the other models in the range. Delivery was exactly as stated and bang on time. I unpacked the roller and was soon using it for around 15 minutes whilst watching the tennis. The nodules are comfortable for me to use barefoot but perhaps if feet are sensitive would definitely recommend using socks at the beginning. After I have dealt with the plantar fasciitis I intend to continue using the roller on a daily basis. Yes I definitely recommend this roller.

I work on the land all day and find my feet can ache really bad by the end of the day. One of the first things I do is use this when I get home and it's really satisfying. You can apply quite a bit of pressure on the roller to help alleviate the tension. My osteopath recommended this technique to help with plantar fasciitis and I find it makes a difference combined with ice pack treatment.

This is a very cheap looking and lightweight product so that's good if you need to carry it with you. I think it should have cost less than a fiver. Having said that, it does seem to do the job of relieving my foot pain and I use it daily, so I have not returned it.

Robust and does the job

I bought this as I had planter fasciitis a couple of years ago and it is still lingering under the surface when I put pressure on feet. I have only used this once on the arches of my feet where it is still sore if I touch it with any pressure. It felt good at the time, like a, releasing massage but now it is actually more sore than before I used it. Maybe I did it for too long or too much pressure I don't know. But as it doesnt come with any instructions, this may be the case. I think there is bruising and seems to be a bit of inflammation from using this. The plastic is very hard and unforgiving. Quite difficult to move your foot slowly on it too. I will try again when my foot calms down and update. Update, this seemed to work, would recommend!
