I have started cooking homemade Chinese food and this is a staple I’ve food for a lot of my recipes. This is great for size of the bottle and the quality of the product is reflect in taste of food. The smell is strong but not over powering and bottle closure is easy to tightly close so spills.

Adds authentic flavor to Chinese dishes made at home. I've made delicious shrimp and brocolli and also chicken and brocolli and my guests couldn't believe I had made it at home.
