We All Belong: A Children's Book About Diversity, Race and Empathy

Clear and understanding dialogue for my 7 year old

I love this book about how we all belong even though there may be differences among us.

Living in an extremely small, rural, predominantly white town, but I myself grew up in a very diverse city, it was important for me to be able to start exposing my children young to differences in individuals aside from seeing them in big cities. I wanted something that could open the dialogue and talk about differences while in the comfort of our home. This book made that easy to do with our 3 year old. We are able to point out differences between the kids in the books and she can easily understand the words I’m reading to her. Highly recommend!

Age appropriate for needs

This book will be perfect for my speech therapy students! Another wonderful example of how everyone is the same on the inside, and that’s what truly matters!

I ordered this book for my Granddaughter. It is well written and teaches about all Races and to love and except all people regardless of our differences.

Beautiful book to educate about racism, acceptance of others and really focusing on what is inside and not the colour of one's skin

Lovely book explaining diversity to children. Might be a bit long for babies, I would recommend it for older kids (2/3 years).

Great book to read to my toddler. Teaches him about diversity and inclusion. I would definitely recommend.
