Pleased with the drainer, it looks good and is roomy plus it drains surplus water into the sink. Just what I needed.

THIS IS A GENUINE REVIEW. I buy a lot from Amazon and have maybe left 5 reviews ever so..I have had this drainer for a few months now. I am usually a Simplehuman type of gal. And that was because of the compact aspect of the drainer and the fact that i could put quite a lot on it. Now, this extendable dish drainer is even better. It looks good. I like the off white colour. Is compact when needed, and i mean very compact especially when the cutlery holder is taken out. Takes barely any space. It is easily extended. And the fact that it does not lock when extended is actually a good thing. No scrambling around when your hands are wet. The cuttlery holder can be removed. Drainer can be taken apart for easy cleaning AS WELL AS THE SPOUT PEOPLE! I really like the high legs and the spout means Bye bye wet coutertops, no more water marks! A lot of dishes can go on this. I have not really experienced any rust on the actual metal rack. But still, i am making sure that i wipe it off. I however do not need to do this everytime it gets used. Also, depending on the plates you have, they may have to face away from you. But that is not a big deal at all for me. I have things to do so i am going to stop here. But i could talk at length about this drainer. For me, it has only been positive so far. Go for it!

Whilst i like that you can extend the dish and it really does hold a lot, i was less than impressed with the description of calling it white.The dish rack itself is more of a creamy white and it is evident when you see it against the white tips of the prongs that hold the dishes that it is not "pure" white.Also the drainer spout underneath is looking a bit mucky already and i don't do a lot of dishes as i have a dishwasher and you can't really get into it properly so i will probably have to use my steam cleaner with the nozzle to clean it properly or i may try the tiny wee brush that you get on the end of a baby bottle brush.Update: After my review regarding the drain spout being impossible to clean, I was wrong (my bad) 😞 I got the steam cleaner out and it cleaned it great but then I realised that the spout does detach so I have changed my view. It's still not white though so i stand by that comment and have upgraded the star rating. And I'm really annoyed that it is almost half the price I paid for it just 2 months ago.

This drainer works perfectly. It looks great, is expandable, well made and allows crockery to dry quickly.When I needed to ask for advice from customer support, the reply was immediate and very helpful. I recommend this company unreservedly.

Doesn’t hold larger plates very well

I purchased two of these in November 2021, two years later and now it's time to review.Impressive design, simple assembly, easy to clean, fits in the dishwasher and looks contemporary in the kitchen or utility room.The plastic tray does need a clean once a month as the cream colour lends itself to staining. I use neat bleach and wipe it around with a kitchen towel. 30 minutes, rinse and into the dishwasher, looks like new.Two years on, there is some rusting to the chrome rack, to be expected I guess for something exposed to water every day. It is minimal and wouldn't prevent me buying another and another. I wonder if the design would be improved if the whole rack was pvc dipped instead of just the drying tips. The chrome plate isn't really necessary and it would greatly improve longevity.Two years of daily use and I'd buy them again without hesitation.Edit: Three years on, November 2024, still looking much like new with frequent daily use.

Really pleased with my purchase looks sturdy and easy to clean. Not as "white" as I had hoped but ok.

It's very flimsy, put more plates and it falls apart,the middle section very weak,there is missing something in this design, cutlery holder also very small..not worth the money definitely
