It works!!!
The taste is neutral and not objectionable. This product has allowed me to sleep through the night. I’m so happy I found it. I have tried several products out of desperation. This is my go to. I’m very conscientious about not allowing this product to be anywhere one of my dogs can get it because it is highly toxic to dogs. I hope they never discontinue it. I’m going to tell my dentist because he had no recommendations for me. My teeth were getting brittle from the dry mouth. I am hoping to save my teeth. It is a clear gel and lasts about 7 hours.

It tasted terrible and I had to rinse my mouth. I don’t recommend it

Helps treat saliva production, not just lubricate a dry mouth.
Recommended by my dental specialist, Xerostom is the first dry mouth aid I've tried that actually treats saliva production rather than simply lubricating a dry mouth.

Keeps mouth moist all night
I wear a CPAP and so I need something to keep my mouth wet. This is a great product, however the flavor is a bit strong. Not too bad. I would buy it again.

Great for dry mouths, hospice patients, and elderly that keep their mouths open when they sleep
This is so much better using this than using the sprays because it’s much more moisturizing!

Works good for my dry mouth. Nice that it is in a tube I can have beside the bed or in my purse.

Do not waste your money on this
It’s like paste. It does nothing to moisten your mouth. You are much better off spending your money on dry mouth lozenges or gum. Do not buy this.

Yuck!
I have a chronically dry mouth and absolutely need to do all sorts of tricks to keep my mouth moist without anything with sugar. So over the years I’ve tried dozens of items that either promote salivation or provide a saliva replacement. And I can honestly say that this is the worst one I’ve ever tasted! I feel bad saying this because I’m sure the seller wasn’t aiming for a bad-tasting lubricant. But this honestly tastes like it wasn’t meant to be eaten. When I first squeezed it out onto my tongue, I felt panic for a minute, thinking that I had accidentally grabbed the similarly-shaped tube of retinol that I keep on my nightstand! But no, it was just my new saliva-replacement product. Other than the taste, everything else was great.
