Top Trumps Legends Of Cricket Card Game

Top Trumps are always good to buy, lots of information on the chosen subject, good for general knowledge. Cricket mad son appreciated this as a Christmas stocking filler. Strong plastic case to keep them in, better than a box that will get bent or torn. Hours of fun to be had.

I love Top Trumps and cricket so had to jump at this. Some of the cards / scores surprise me a little (would have expected some people's to be different) but I think the card has a good range of different cricketers, known for different things. I appreciate that no one is overly unbeatable and it is a bit of a challenge as it has a good mix of batsman, bowlers and all-rounders. It is also possible to win against true cricket fans! I beat my husband! But very good price and the size is small enough to keep with you anywhere so we enjoy having a pack in the car, for any trips we take. It is a good way to learn about cricket legends too, as it has some facts about them as well as their numbers (i.e. wickets taken, total runs etc).

Great game for young cricket fans. Child enjoys having the cards themselves more than playing the Top Trumps game though.

Enjoyed it but thought they could have had more older players ...and the card scores seemed to favour batsman. Cricket at its best is a more even contest between bat and ball :) ...still enjoyed it and created good family debate
