Love this knife, use it everyday, the handle is easy to grip and doesn't slide in my hand, the handle is a good size for both me and my wife (im a 6ft tall guy, shes 5'4), the knife holds an edge well and sharpens nicely. I dont recommend putting it in a dish washer though, the handle is wood and will swell in the steam of the dishwasher.

A real handy knife for big tasks

Thin but sharp edge, be sure to carve on wood or plastic surface. Don't cut on a plate or counter top. Large enough for hams, rib roast and sirloin roast. Seems like a winner if it holds up to normal Use. Handle is not huge but big enough for most people. More a carver than a chef so you need to have a smaller knife for some jobs.

It's a magnificent knife!! The weight makes it easy to chop and cut anything. It's seriously sharp, which is worth every penny. Definitely an amazing way to see the brand and now the set is on my wish list!

I ordered one because I like a shorter all purpose knife in the kitchen as opposed to an 8" or 9" chef's knife. The steel is good quality and holds a nice edge for a good amount of time through regular use. For the price, you can't beat it.

I like this knife. It has good balance and holds an edge well. We have been using this knife for a couple of months now and it is just getting to the point where it needs to be touched up.

I have been looking for a 6" chef's knife for awhile and found this one at a good price. The blade is wonderful and the handle fits very well in a medium-sized woman's hand and is a well-balanced knife. If you have a larger man's hand, it may be a little short for you. The blade has an incredible edge and holds it very well. It cuts raw veggies (from the soft - tomatoes, to hard - carrots) magnificently. I highly recommend this knife for anyone and would definitely buy more knives from this manufacturer (TUO).

Warning: This knife cuts like a scalpel. Upon reception, we found to be difficult to use without hurting ourselves no matter how you use the knife. The heel is very sharp and there is no guard between the bolster and cutting edge. It's only a matter of time before you need a band-aid... Anyhow, I decided to keep the item and file down the edge near the bolster to create a rounded dull edge near our fingers. I suggest you consider this fix if you want to buy this item. = = = = = = = = = = = One year in... After the modification to the blade heel, it turns out this my favorite knive ! I'm glad I did not return it.

Feels great in the hand, is comfortable. no Hot spots and with regular honing has kept itds edge for a year. its a great blade for the price.
