Very good tasting. Might be my favorite. The green is a little to green and I assume it's some crazy food coloring but I sent mind.

Great flavor

I'm a big sauce freak, especially if there's heat involved. When I got these, I had to taste test both immediately. First the red. It was ok, very tabasco-like, and it was ok heat-wise. I did not even detect a hint of wasabi in it, but it's good. Then I tried the green. OMG, it's amazing! It's wasabi heaven on my tongue! I think I used about 20% of the bottle on 2 slices of pizza that night! I'm a little more sparing with it now, but I'm in love. It's amazing on everything!

Wasabi-O: The Wasabi Paste and The Wasabi SauceWe love a good wasabi paste but have never had wasabi sauce. Wasabi sauce is a green hot sauce type sauce but instead of peppers, it has wasabi, mustard, and horseradish. The sauce has the same wasabi flavor as the paste but with an added tang of the vinegar and a more liquid consistency which can be really nice for certain dishes. The paste is excellent as well and has just the right amount of wasabi punch.
