I have been on the phone with a lot of noise going on in the background, and the person on the other end thought I was all alone in the office due to how quiet it was! It's comfortable; the sound quality is great; effortless to disconnect and reconnect the headset. It is also great for going back and forth between my work phone and cell phone to listen to music while working. I highly recommend this headset. Used with Cisco Systems 7960 IP Phone.

Although this headset is pricier than some comparable models, I feel the extra cost was well worth it. This headset works great, crystal clear sound and fits well.
