These shades are very high quality. They are on par with shades that would have cost three times as much from a specialty lamp store. They are completely put together, all you have to do is open them up kind of like an umbrella, and snap the supports in place. Rather ingenious and much better than the kind you usually find on Amazon that have to be completely put together. I purchased the Brown 6x12x8.5in sold in a pair. In the pictures below the blue glass antique lamp (which is a family heirloom) is 22in tall and the dark candlestick lamp is 27in tall. I feel this size shade was perfectly proportioned (not too big or too small) for both of them. The first picture shows how beautiful the light is when the lamp is turned on. These shades are well work the money, and I would definitely buy more from this seller.

These lamp shades are just great! I was skeptical but these were a great price so I ordered them, and they are really nice! I am ordering another pair for my other lamps with old tired shades that need a refresh! These are bright white color, medium thick sturdy fabric so they have a nice quality look and feel without being so thick that they impede the light from passing through. Super easy to snap the prongs in place to assemble these and it stretches the fabric perfectly in place, no wrinkles. So happy with these!

Easy to expand into shape. Great material on frame. Only thing is they are more brown than expected but I'm please with with light that comes through for living room.

I was skeptical about lampshades that needed to be assembled, but these are fantastic. Others have the fabric separate from the frame, but these have the fabric firmly attached to the rings and you're just snapping in supports. They are firm and tight. My old lampshades had a plastic liner that became brittle and I think this design will preclude that. I was not expecting the fabric to be lined with multiple layers, so this again speaks to unexpected quality. I got the beige / tweed look ones and the tweed lines are quite noticable when the lamps are on. I would have chosen a less textured look but I'm so happy with these overall that I'll give myself time to adjust. Might keep them from looking dirty which would be an added benefit.

These shades were very easy to put together, they are sturdy, the white is definitely white. They fit our lamps perfectly and really help brighten the room. The only complaint is that they are not lined so they have a little cheap appearance and the white cross bars don’t give them an expensive look either. If the wires were the bronze color the shade would have a better look. But I guess if all the structure wires were bronze color they would show through the fabric which you don’t want. They work well and for the cost I really can’t complain.

Beautiful lamp shades. Anything approaching this quality would cost 3 or 4 times more anywhere else I looked. No assembly, just unfold and lock sides in place. These shades plus some spray paint and my 20 year old lamps look brand new. Highly recommend!
