I’m now taking my D3 & K2 supplement in the evening, as drinking coffee (caffeine) interferes with the absorption!

These capsules are small, easy to swallow, and don't surprise me later with any aftertaste. I appreciate the K2 addition to assist with absorption of calcium, and the lack of unnecessary fillers. My only concern is the large bottle size in relation to the volume of the capsules. The bottle could be less than half the size and therefor more environmentally friendly.

I always research any health product that I buy. I chose Forest Leaf over a similar product. The other product contained an oil which is necessary for absorption of Vit D and the product was almost twice the cost of Forest Leaf K2 + D3. Forest leaf's K2 + D3 does not contain oil as indicated in it's ingredient list; however, I merely take Forest Leaf with food containing oil which is in no way a problem. Also a plus is the very small size of the Forest Leaf capsule. This is an excellent product. K2 and D3 taken together ensures calcium absorption into bone and not in arteries as plaque.
