I ordered this product. I assumed that because it was being delivered to Thailand that it would ship as 220v. However, it shipped as 110v. I returned it (free of charge). If you look at the detailed information it specifies the voltage.

With 7” wheel = 42mm or approximately 1-5/8 inches With 9” Wheel = 67mm or approximately 2-5/8 inches

Q: Can you use it for polishing surfaces?

I would not use it for polishing. I use mine for the cutting stage then switch to my variable speed for the polish.
