I was recommended this supplement by my chiropractor. I have regular insomnia and at time of recommendation was concerned about lack of my regular bowel movements. Since taking in the evenings, I have experienced more sleep time and no more bm concerns. I highly recommend.

I bought this product many times it tastes great. I’ve been using it for the past five years and I’ve seen a great improvement in my sleep quality and my calcium level levels. Sugar content is not too much and since I’ve been taking it I’ve been able to focus better the color is pale.

I had a bone density test and have some osteopenia. My doctor recommended calcium citrate with vitamin D supplement. After much research I decided on this product. I heard Magnesium helps to sleep better so I opted for this one. I purchased the lemon flavor. As some have noted It does have a chalky taste but you are only taking a tablespoon at a time. I myself like the flavor and I take It in the evening. I do seem to sleep better but It could be mind over matter. I won't know for a while if It is helping but I will continue to take It.

I got four of these this month. All four of them have a revolting taste that reminds me of the way moth balls smell. I can't return them. I will have to try to choke it down. I never had a problem with this product before. This is a new problem. Next day: I had to throw the product away. There was something seriously wrong with it that began to upset my stomach plus the taste was so horrid, I could not choke it down. This is a loss of about $60. Going online, I see there are other brands of flavored, liquid magnesium citrate and I ordered some of that to try. Just remember that if you order the Blue Bonnet and it is bad, you've lost your money. Take that chance if you want.

My doctor recommended this supplement because I have osteoporosis, difficulty absorbing calcium, and this supplement is a liquid. This supplement is available in multiple fruit flavors. This one is mixed berry. The liquid is grainy and chalky. I suggest the manufacturer add a mint flavor as I find mint much easier to take chalky meds with than fruit flavors. The sweetened fruit flavor is so unlikable that I am struggling to be compliant in taking this and may have to go back to a capsule calcium supplement. In addition, this one does have vitamin D3 and magnesium which help with calcium absorbtion, but not the vitamin K2 which directs the calcium to bones.
