This is a wonderful home computer. Plays internet TV, music and films flawlessly. Like most if not all Chrome computers there is no DVD/CD drawer, however it receives WiFi well and is an excellent streamer. i love the size. Just right and very light. Uses a kindle (2019) style charger so that is very convenient as is the fact that charging stations are on both sides and the charging wire quite long.

This Chromebook was ordered to replace my previous unit. It was a great match and set up was super easy. This is a great machine.

When I first plugged it in to charge it, the battery was already at 61%, which led me to wonder if it was previously owned. It did work fine, easy to set up and use, but this morning, after only 4 weeks, it wouldn't turn on. Fortunately I was still within the 30 return period. I immediately sent it back and already got notification from Amazon that my replacement has been sent out. Thank you, Amazon, for being so prompt and efficient. I just hope that my replacement is brand new, factory fresh, and lasts for a few years.

Incredible quality for the price. And the simplicity of the design is brilliant. If you have a good strong WiFi signal and you’re registered with Google and make use of all their apps and services like GDrive, you can basically do anything a PC or a Mac can do, at a fraction of the price. The picture quality isn’t the best, and I wouldn’t mind a couple more bells and whistles (like a back lit keyboard), but overall, for 230 bucks?- c’mon!

It came time to replace our old Chromebook. After shopping I was pleased to find competitive pricing on an HP. I had worked with HP brand computers for many years and found them to be quite reliable. This one is working just as well as expected.

Got this for my second grader doing remote learning and it is PERFECT. Easy to use, fast, hardy, and at a $201 price point? No brainer. He's already dropped it onto our parquet floors and done many rounds of typing with sticky fingers and no fallout from either.

I bought this for my kids after three school loaners broke during the year -- certain keys would stop functioning. Our experience with school loaners was consistent with that of other families; many if not most of the school HP Chromebooks were defective. I thought perhaps the school had just purchased very cheap, low quality ones. So . . . I decided to buy this Chromebook for my kids. Five months later, about a quarter of the keys have stopped functioning. I've owned HP in the past, and I am typing this review on an old HP Chromebook that continues to work well. But from stories related to me and my own experience, it seems that the newer stuff they've put out in the past 2-3 years is absolute rubbish.

The product's delivery came very prompt. Tested the pdt and it was very easy to set up if you are just looking for a very simple laptop for browsing and the internet use. Slightly heavier than my old Acer chromebook but nevertheless, the weight is not much of a issue.
