SD to Micro SD Adapter

I still use an DLSR from the giant SD card era. Unfortunately, I do not have laptop that reads that size. This device solves this problem perfectly. It fits snug in the slot. Worth the price. Super easy to use, just insert your SD card into the device, insert into laptop, window pops up asking what to do with the files.

It’s flimsy, so you need to be careful with it. I’m afraid it’ll break if you happen to bump it with your hand or anything else.

I have several SD card for use with my camera, and I bought this to quickly transfer photos to my cellphone and/or table. It doesn't appear to me to be terribly sturdy though, so I don't know how long it will last.

I had accidentally ordered SD cards instead of microSD cards and I wanted to still use them for my personal project. This adapter allowed me to use my SD cards for the project and also let me observe the SD card's protocol via the exposed headers.

Thinking the other day about how those Micro SD "Cardletts" are such trouble to handle and keep track of it seemed like there ought to be another way. Wouldn't you know, searching for something like that only proves that it exists on Amazon! On arrival, it looks delicate so it gets the best treatment, in with those Micro SD's in their own little zip-lock ESD bag. What a great idea that greatly simplifies the looming, gigantic, Micro SD threat by making it OPTIONAL!! All of my Regular-sized SD cards are now eligible for immediate transfer into that tiny format. Yay!

it works excellently. I bought it with my "leef iAccess" so I can free up my iphone and ipad. I went to apple and bestbuy and couldn't find anything that would allow me on the go [without a computer] to move my photos from my phone to my SD card. Leef IAccess only has a micro SD slot and I found this SD to Micro SD adapter useful...and it works!. It looks like it can't be handled roughly...it could easily break so I wouldn't let any kids near it. But for me, I am responsible and it has not broke yet.

After using the device on a Mac and Win PC it corrupted three of my SD cards two of which were brand new... Not happy and cost me more then if I would have bought abetter device local.

Didn't work - solder joints connecting the SD tray to the PCB were broken on arrival. UPDATE - I was able to get it working again by re-soldering the contacts.
