Sweet
The shiney red paper , sweet taste But was a little surprised that they were twisted closed on both ends… missed the cute strawberrry twists on top.

counterfeit, terrible
no jelly filling, don't have any flavor, these are counterfeit traditional looking, do not buy, bonbons have filling, ad ebe says filled, there is no filling and no flavor bought another brand that was right, these ones tho are fake, two geen ends is tip off to fakes

Great for party favors
I tried one, tasted good! Better than I remembered as a kid. These are nostalgic. These were a good value for the price. Approximately 150, I counted a few extra but there was 2 pieces that the wrapping came off and were unusable . I was able to make 24 little party favors with about 6 candies each. And have some extra. Would reorder if I ever needed these.

Great candy
I have ordered this candy several times for my granddaughter. Always fresh and delicious. Just like grandma used to put out!

No filling and smaller than the Coastal Bays, but not bad
Not quite as big as the Coastal Bay Strawberry drops that a retail discount store sells,, and not the same in the center, but still not bad, and nice to find on Amazon as the Coastal Bay version is usually sold out even on the day that the dollar store takes delivery.

Old fashion candy
I love to have it in my purse. I cannot have mints so its a great and tasty option for a hard candy since it does not have many options in the market

Misleading Product Name/Description
This product claims to be “strawberry filled” hard candy. There is a type of strawberry candy in a similar wrapper that has a soft strawberry filling inside a hard candy shell. I assumed, from the description, that this was an off brand version of that candy, but it’s not. There’s NO FILLING AT ALL! It’s just a plain hard candy. Using a similar wrapping and claiming to have filling when it’s nothing more than a generic hard candy is so low. The maker is obviously preying on people who want to buy a cheaper version of the other candy. So devious.

Weird taste
I was so excited for this order but that turned to disappointment quickly. The candy doesn’t taste good. Has a weird aftertaste and barely any filling inside. Very small as well. I will sending it back. Welp I just read that I can’t return it so 😭
