I read about the benefits of magnesium related to sleep, brain health, total body health, etc. and elected to try this item out. As a rule, I stay away from general supplements that are not recommended by my physicians, so after discussing magnesium with my doc, I gave them a try. The first night I slept like I needed, waking up at the normal time, feeling great. Each pill is 250 mg, which is a decent dose for daily support of muscle, bone, and nerve health. I noticed a bit more regularity in my sleep and muscle relaxation since adding it in, which is one of the reasons I like having magnesium on board. That said, the tablets are on the large side and not coated, so they can be a little tough to swallow. I found taking them with a full glass of water helps.
