Solar charging at a fantastic price!!!
I bought three sets of these panels. So, how well did I do? Likes: ● the briefcase material is of good quality, washable, and seems durable ● the stitching on the handle is very good ● the handle may not be top of the line, but it is of decent quality and should last ● the panels open and close easily as they have a quality button system ● a pouch which closes with Velcro is incorporated on the back for the cable ● the cable is MC4 ● the panels offer water resistance ● also included is a MC4 to 5.5x2.1mm cable ● also included is a MC4 to Anderson cable ● the price point is excellent ● performance proved to be excellent during the tests that I ran (see below and watch video) Dislikes (not a big deal especially if incorporating them would increase cost): ● no kickstands or alternative system is in place (while I am not a big fan of kickstands since they do not offer an adjustability feature, they do come in handy in many situations) ● grommets for hanging the panels are not used ● the fabric hanger loops may or may not last Specs: VOC = 22.4 V IMP=5.4 A Test Results: October 24, 2020: sky condition was sun with clouds (peek-a-boo) and temperature was 84 degrees, time 11:00-11:30 am Panel #1: 19.3 to 20.9 V, 2.8 to 3.6 A Panel #2: 20.8 V, 3.5 A Panel #3: 21.8 V, 5.21 A November 3, 2020: sky condition was no clouds, temperature was 73 degrees, time was 11:15 Panel #1: 19.5 to 19.79 V, 4.95 to 5.33 A November 4, 2020: sky condition was partly cloudy, temperature was 77 degrees, time was 11:05 to 11:40 am (this test was video recorded) Panel #1: 17.0 to 19.9 V, 5.27 to 5.63 A Panel #2: 19.4 to 19.7 V, 5.38 to 5.47 A Panel #3: 19.5 to 19.9, 4.95 to 5.27 A Panels #1, #2, #3 connected in series: 59.3 to 59.4 V, 5.19 to 5.22 A These panels have met my expectations and I am very happy with their quality and performance results. The price point was the first feature that put them on my radar and research list. Their quality and performance is what is keeping them in my emergency preparedness arsenal. I do not have any doubts that they will perform well when charging my power stations.

Great Solar Panel for Camping and Off-Grid Adventures!
I recently purchased the ALLPOWERS SP027 Foldable Solar Panel 100W and I'm so glad I did. This thing is a lifesaver for my camping trips! It's easy to set up and folds up compactly for easy storage. The build quality is great, and it's held up well even in some pretty rough weather. The panel charges my phone, laptop, and even my portable power station with no problem. I love that it has multiple output options, so I can use it with almost any device. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend this solar panel to anyone looking for a reliable and portable power source.

Low cost, no frills panel that puts out the power.
I purchased a pair of these panels to use for various purposes. I have several Acopower and Jackery panels which are much higher price with extra features. If you are looking for an easy set up, no frills panel that gives good output these are a great choice. I was getting 165 watts from the pair going into my new Bluetti AC200. That is 82.5 watts per panel which is excellent performance. The one disadvantage they have is that there are not attached kickstands. You have to have something to prop them against. I used a couple of plastic milk crates which actually worked well. You could also prop them against a tire or vehicle. For the price of $119 ea. you can buy 2 1/2 of these for one of the Jackery, Bluetti or Acopwers. If you don't minde the lack of kickstand they are a good value choice. The cables are shorter than most panels as well but are long enough to place two side by side and connect in series or parallel. You will also need an extension MC4 cable to reach your solar generator but this is also needed for other panels as well. If you connected more than two panels you would need to purchase a couple of short extension MC4 cables to connect four to six panels and then an extension cable to reach your solar generator.

Low output (34 watts) for a supposed 100w panel
While I like the size and weight of this portable solar panel, and I appreciate the MC4 connectors, I am not happy with the product. I have tried several methods to get more than 34 to 36 watts from it, and have been unsuccessful. I have used two different goal zero Yeti 400 units with below 50% charge in them. Neither can get more than 34 watts from this panel. (They routinely charge off a rooftop mounted 100w panel at over 70 watts so I know how they perform with other 100 watt panels.) I have also tried a separate automotive charge controller on a slightly discharged car battery, and was only able to draw 2.5A at 14.3V, so again not quite 35 watts. All of this testing was done on a clear day, low humidity, at about 3000ft elevation over the course of a month when conditions allowed. So I am not really happy with this portable solar panel. Maybe only one panel is working? Maybe the panels are of low quality? I don't know, but I suggest you try something else. UPDATE AUGUST 2024 So get this! Allpowers contacted me. The nice representative asked me to perform some basic tests (simmilar to what I had done previously which led me to my previous review). After two or three emails to verify the test results, I was asked to render the defective panel useless my cutting the MC4 output cords, and in return, they would send me a new 100w unit. About a week later, I did indeed receive a new replacement panel. When testing the new panel to charge a mostly depleted Yeti 400, I was able to get nearly 80 watts on output on a hot summer day. That's totally acceptable for a folding panel that is this lightweight and portable. Thanks Allpowers!

Sturdy but…
Received panel and was excited to get it. It looks and feels sturdy. My only complaint is that the manual states the Isc at 7.33A but when I checked it, it only read 5A. Yes, in full noon sunlight. So, it’s only producing about 68% of its maximum potential. Will it work, sure…but…

I purchased this panel to complement the same-brand ALLPOWERS 300W Power Station battery unit. (purchased separately). I'm very satisfied with it. It's exactly as described, seems well-made and durable, easy to use and charges my battery unit quite efficiently and effectively. In full direct sunlight, it was easily putting 70-80W into my battery and only took a cpl hours to refill it completely. I was pleasantly surprised to see it keep pumping power (although reduced) when the sun wasn't hitting it directly. It has a couple of handy pop-out legs to keep it tilted at the right angle to the sun, and well as an attached pouch that holds the MC4 panel cables and a couple different types of adaptor cables to connect it to your power unit or device. Order fulfillment was quick and easy and it arrived in 2 days, well-packed for the trip. I'd definitely recommend this model if the power output meets your needs.

everything works fine but had to buy separate xt 60 wire to charge a ecoflow river pro. the picture shows a 5.5 conector is needed to charge it but you need a xt 60.

I purchased this to charge a Jackery Power station. It works nicely and has all the hook ups and cords you need to get up and running (charging). It folds and has a nice handle and pouch for all your accessories. Well made and thought out. Highly recommended for any battery power charging.

I bought this to add a little extra charging capability and an extra panel in case something breaks for our travel trailer. We boondock in Mexico a lot and it is very nice to have a refrigerator and be able to run a fan at night. I've just done a preliminary test on the portable system after crimping a 30' extension with MC4 connectors to add to our current system. It was pulling 64 watts at 4 pm on a sunny day on Vancouver Island, which is better than my current 100w fixed flexible panels usually do. I saw more watts at the panel itself and there's likely a bit of drop in the 30' cables even with 10 gauge wire. Will update review after some use.
