I like them for hiking gives you that boost when you need it. And if you have grand kids or nephews and nieces it windes them up before you send them home.

Huge blocks
The blocks are bigger than I remember but they’re yummy. Love the sample pack because I forgot which ones I liked. I think they work well. I wish they came in resealable packages, hence the 4 stars.

Great for marathon
The media could not be loaded. Fast shipping. Dense and perfect for fueling during marathon training. Alternated Gu and these every 30 minutes for the first 3 hours. Broke through the wall at 17 miles by switching to every 20 minutes after the first 3 hours, alternating Gu and bloks. Hope it can help you too.

My teenager likes these
Not sure how much these actually work, but my teenager likes them and he claims they give him a boost. Could just be marketing/packaging, but even if it's just that, if it motivates him, I'll keep buying.
