everything was good about this sink. just as good as sinks in stores that are priced much higher. better, actually since the ledge is such a useful feature. i liked the 17" so much I bought a larger one a year later for another project.

I am a big fan of Kraus products but am quite disappointed in this purchase. We have ordered this sink twice, first from Lowe's, second from Amazon. Both sinks arrived in boxes with no damage but significant damage to the corners of the sink making them unusable for an undermount installation. The lack of damage in the packaging suggests to me that the product was knowingly packaged and shipped in a damaged condition. I have countertops being installed in a couple of days and need a usable sink to complete the installation. Very disappointed with the lack of quality control from Kraus!
