I have been buying Onsite go with all equipment since the last few years. And I have had some break downs post warranty period. When I called Onsite, they greeted well, took down my complaint and resolved the issue. This experience was lot lot better than the experience we get under warranty. I pray that my products go bad under Onsite and not under company warranty simple to experience their absolute WONDERFUL service. If you plan to buy any equipment or kitchen appliances or any electronic gadget, please buy extended warranty from Onsite. I have invested a small premium while buying this warranty but got a lot in return. Definitely a must buy! PS: Not a promoted review. This is based on my own personal experience with Onsite.

Do not buy it at all, it's completely useless. They don't want to provide service in any way.

I got a defective incubator through Amazon which could not be returned. The fan was not working since the first second. What is the use of thos extended warranty?? 18th March 2024 The Onsitego people have now been sensitive towards the financial loss suffered by me, They have promised to return the amount fully.

I forgot to feed the data in detail like invoice number, date of purchase, product serial number, invoice date etc. Instead of all these Amazon should do all these when I select at the time of purchase. I mean it should similar to booking airticket where in if I select insurance required at the time of booking, automatically it collects all the details and certificate will be issued. No headache like you do all the circus

The product is sturdy, designed decently, the display is well set, the finish of the product is decent as well. Overall the fryer does the job well and helps mitigate using too much oil for some of the food that we associated with deep oil fry. This is a must-have and I recommend this highly. The package arrived safely and was delivered on time. The instructions are defined well and it is an easy-to-use appliance.

I had ordered this product for my Air fryer oven. It's service was really very 👍. People should buy this warranty card as it's really helpful for ur products lifespan. I really prefer to buy a warranty card for every electronic product.
