I am very disappointed in this product. The purpose of wearing it is to secure an insulin pump or other items. The actual pouch is not wide enough to even enclose my pump. Though the material is a little stretchy, the material is pulled very taut when I secure the Velcro on the side of the pouch. Furthermore even though the opening of the pouch is 6 inches or more long, the Velcro closure is only about 1 inch long. To me that doesn’t secure my belongings or my pump well enough for strong activity. I would NOT recommend this product to others.

I don't often leave reviews on items, but felt this one needed a review. If nothing else, perhaps the manufacturer will consider a redesign. This insulin pump holder has Velcro holding the pouch shut for the insulin pump. This Velcro if not lined up exactly will poke into your stomach causing discomfort. It also makes it more difficult to get the pump in and out, which I need to do because the mesh on the black holder is very difficult to see through. The Velcro is unnecessary as the pouch is designed so well it can hold the pump in without it.

I inherited one of these pump waist belts from my dad. I loved the see through net pocket and the belts convenience and comfort. There are no sizes listed on the tags so I wasn't sure which size I currently had. I went ahead and ordered a medium. I figured with their size chart showing 26"- 35" and my waist being 28 or 29, I should be good to go. This belt I received has got to be for a young child!! Laid out flat, it shows 11" long. There is some slight stretch to it but NOT that much. I couldn't even stretch it out to 26" or get it up over my thighs and I am skinny! I have several other belts that I had been using so I just tucked this one away in the closet until recently. That was my mistake. I am a month 1/2 past my return date so I am stuck with it. I wish I would have looked at it sooner because I am 99.9% sure that I was probably sent the wrong size . . . there is no way their sizing can be THAT off! Other than that, I love the one I got from my dad.

Poorly made. Spend your money on a runners belt with the same concept. This is nothing more than a light weight ‘spandex’ tube with a couple stitches to make a pocket (similar to heavy women’s nylon hosiery). It binds up... rolls... just plain uncomfortable. There had to be very little testing done with diabetics or input on the products performance. This has hung on a hook In my home office since it’s first use... I purchased x2 running belts made of the same concept... much heavier material, stitching in the right places, x2 zippered pockets that don’t show through a tight Tshirt or business casual. The zippered pockets allow me to stash my clip when traveling or during the day, making the pump less bulky and components together. The running belts don’t roll or bind up.

Got this for daughter for her insulin pump as old strap one she’s had for 12yrs doesn’t fit anymore. She absolutely loves it, says it’s even comfortable to sleep in.
