A small word about Haldiram (Delhi) mathri
Reasonably good snack for tea time or just for munching any time of the day. I see a little scope of improvement in taste & quality of this snack by increasing the percentage of MOEN (OIL) in the dough. I have tasted the same item from Haldiram (Nagpur) and definitely quality & taste of Nagpur Haldiram are better a little bit.

Nothing wrong with the product or the taste! These are simply too HOT for my wife and I. We prefer mildly hot (warm) but these are a bit too much for us!

This Haldiram mathri is not the same quality as was sold in Indian grocery stores until tecently . Thse have too much shortenong and do not taste good. Would like to return.
