Excellent Quality – Great for Intermediate to Advanced Practice!
As someone with intermediate to advanced tennis experience, I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and performance of this product. It’s sturdy, well-balanced, and built to handle consistent use, even during intense practice sessions. The grip feels comfortable and responsive, and the materials used give it a professional feel — definitely not a toy. It’s ideal for refining technique, control, and consistency. I’ve used it both for solo drills and with my coach, and it’s held up incredibly well. Highly recommended for serious players looking for reliable gear to support skill development and high-level practice!

Great wristband
This is a great wristband! I use it during workouts to help manage my tendinitis, and it provides excellent support. My daughter also wears it when she plays sports, and it works well for her too. Comfortable and reliable for both of us!

This is not a brace
Yet, an Amazon search for "brace" produces this product. It does not help with instability. It is not a brace. It is a compression wrap. It provides some warmth for quicker warm up (the primary reason for injury is insufficient warm up - and warm down). It also provides compression, which helps circulation BUT only AFTER exercise. So, don't take it off after exercising. A brace is something with metal and often some kind of hinge. And that should ONLY be worn - for more than a few days - prior to and/or shortly after surgery / therapy / injury. A good cheap (metal under your arm) brace is amazon.com/gp/product/B079JTT2LH/. Another good option is a basic brace with a built-in ice pack (don't own): amazon.com/dp/B087F9S2K9/. Nobody should live with long-term instability. If you have instability, see a doctor. Your muscles cannot be unstable. That's just called weak. They cannot be supported. This also does not reduce any forces to your bones and it does not improve how your wrist moves. This product might provide you more confidence but there is no basis for it. Providing reduced forces to the bones requires immobilizing the joint. Nowhere does ANY vendor ever make any such claims. Finally, it provides a good reminder to be kind to your wrist. "Compression garments provide no statistically significant mean effects on performance, maximal and submaximal oxygen uptake, lactate concentrations, blood gas kinetics, cardiac parameters, body and perceived temperature, or the performance of strength-related tasks." "Most studies indicate compression sleeves do not boost blood flow during exercise, probably because the movement of blood when we are exercising is already at its peak. Compression garments do seem to aid muscle recovery once strenuous exercise is over. To provide these benefits, compression clothing must be uncomfortably tight and must be worn for hours after a workout, even if clammy and malodorous." Google this information ... or don't. Alas, I found this single product did not produce enough warmth to afford me the opportunity to skip any warm up (as does a single knee wrap does for my warmer and more likely to sweat knees). However, two similar products did. Why I gave this item 4-stars. It does what it's supposed to do and does it 4-star well. I recently started playing tennis. Last time I played, I used a wooden racquet. Back in the era of wooden rackets, hitting a tennis ball was hardly more stressful on the wrist than striking a badminton shuttlecock (I only went back to playing tennis as "they" won't let me play badminton). But, larger and often heavier modern racquets translate into a radical increase in wrist wear-and-tear. When the stoke misses the sweet spot, the shock is much larger than older smaller wooden racquets - and this translates into greater stress onto the wrist (ouch). Ulnar-sided (or pinkie side) wrist pain (what I was experiencing and the motivation to purchase this) is the most common complaint of tennis players today - most often the result of overuse and improper technique and equipment (such as too heavy of a racquet). Icing when any pain is a must. The double-handed backhand grip has proven extremely stressful on the non-dominant arm (causing injuries for pros and amateurs). Western and semi-western forehand grips force players to dramatically extend the dominant hand, which causes maximum stretch in the muscles and ligaments. When a ball is hit with force under that kind of tension, injury is quite likely. Variations of the eastern grip that favor a flatter groundstroke enable players to restrict wrist supination and overextension during their stroke. The eastern grip is less likely to cause an injury. Other factors include an oversized grip or too firm of a grip. Of all that advice, the most useful may be a lighter tennis racquet. I use a 10.2 oz racquet. Better is 8 (HEAD Ti.S6) to 8.5 (Babolat Drive G 115) ozs. Medium is over 10.5 oz and Heavy is over 11.5 ozs. Add an ounce for string. If you're here due to Tennis Wrist, your racquet should weight no more than mine. Peace.

Great support
I have purchased several wrist supports to provide some relief from the weakness I was feeling when bowling. As an older man and an avid bowler with carpel tunnel I needed something to combat the wrist fatigue I was experiencing. The supports I had previously purchased were usually too soft and flexible to provide the support I needed. I was going through sports tape quickly and it became fairly expensive. These supports have worked amazingly. They are very comfortable to wear being lined with a soft breathable fabric and provided just the right range of movement to keep me comfortable while bowling. I no long need the sports tape at all. I've also used this support all day when my carpel tunnel acted up and it was tremendously helpful. I would definitely recommend these wrist supports for anyone experiencing pain and or fatigue.

Very good, adjustabe support for my wore wrist
I fell and caught myself a couple of months ago, injuring my wrist. I have been treating it with cold laser and other methods. During this time, I've bought three different types of wrist supports. The supports with the thumb hole are made of neoprene. I really don't know why, but after I wear those supports the skin in the web of my hand next to my thumb gets so sore. That support helps my wrist not hurt so much, while wearing it thought. While I'm waiting for my appointment to possible get a shot of cortisone I decided to order this set of two supports. Let me tell you that these supports are great! They don't move around while I'm wearing them. They have an elastic hook and loop fastening system that allows you to easily adjust how tight you want it to be. My appointment is in two days to see if I get a fun shot of cortisone.

Good product!
Love them! Use it at work. Being 54, some joints hurt every now and then and the wrist are no exceptions, and this gives me the support I need for some of the demanding jobs I perform.
