j&m Healthy Learning Plate, Divided Portion Control with Sections to Learn Nutrition, Food Groups & Portion Sizes, Dishwasher-Safe

Bought for my 4yo and 8yo to manage portion control. I only received it today (after an impulse buy at midnight!) so don’t know about durability but it feels better quality than some of my other melamine plates. Lots of reviews said it was too small but I don’t think that is the case at all. I I’ve done some photo comparisons of standard size plates as I think it is a perfect size for kids. I also like it has wider sides to make it easy to carry. So far very happy 👍

My kids love these. Helped me cut down on what I was giving them and understand what size servings they should have been having for their age. Great for all ages my kids are 1,5 and 8 and all eat perfectly off of them. I have even had a few meals off myself as trying to cut down and the kids love how it tells you what goes where and all different kinds of fruit, veg, meat ect are pictured. Really good quality well worth the money.

Brought this to help with food portion control and weight loss but had no idea how small it would be and that it was meant for kids. Would also be useful to know what sort of calories it holds.

Educational, colourful and fun for children. Has pictures and words in each section. One quarter section for proteins, one quarter section for carbohydrates, larger half section for fruits and vegetables. Made of melamine, so strong, practical and easy to wash. I would recommend these plates.

Not what I expected , too childlike , states for children and adults but not for me . Quality is good but would be better for a hound child

Potion sizes a little too small for a 8 year old but really helped with meal times. Would just eat a plate full of rice / pasta but this shows how we should eat a balanced diet! She even asks for her special plate at all meal times!

This is a lovely plate, the perfect portion size for toddlers to 10yr olds. Washes great and is sturdy and not large and round like many others. My granddaughter loves it as it shows what foods should go in each section so makes it educational when it comes to food and fussy eaters. It is pricey but you get what you pay for I suppose. Certainly recommend it 👍🏼

👉Acheté pour l’apprentissage d’un jeune enfant aux aliments variés composants un repas. Plutôt solide et passe au micro ondes. Attention l’assiette est assez petite par contre. A éviter si vous servez de plus grande quantité. 💰Rapport qualité prix très moyen. Assiette similaire vu à presque 3 fois moins cher en grande surface. 3⭐️ pour la taille de l’assiette et son prix relativement élevé.

Den Teller habe ich für meinen achtjährigen Peak Eater gekauft, damit er sich selbst Lebensmittel aussuchen kann und dabei auf eine vollwertige Ernährung achten lernt. Dafür war ich bereit, ein paar Euro mehr zu bezahlen, um den Vorteil der Abteilungen auf dem Teller zu nutzen. Preisleistung des Teller ist allerdings weniger als ungenügend. Der Teller ist von der Größe eher für Zweijährige geeignet. Eine Mahlzeit für drei oder vierjährige würde darauf gar nicht passen. Des Weiteren ist der Druck in einer Abteilung das Teers doppelt und verzerrt und in der anderen Abteilung schief geraten. Die Abbildungen der Lebensmittel sind auch ungenügend, weil sie einfach zu klein sind.

I purchased these plates for my 8 year old son to help him choose balanced portions independently. The pictures are great and give him a better understanding of what exactly falls into the carb or protein categories. I was worried that this plate would be to babyish or be more of the size of a toddler plate, but it is the perfect size for an older child. The information states it’s for ages 2-12, but it’s just right for my 8 and 10 year old. The photo includes a size comparison with a standard dinner plate. These are good, sturdy plates made of hard plastic. If you are on the fence, buy these plates. They are great!!

Lo utiliza mi nieto de 2 años y medio. Además de las separaciones, le encanta descubrir los dibujos de hortalizas, carbohidratos y proteínas. Come de todo y muy bien solo, y me pregunta por cada alimento. Creo que en poco tiempo se quedará algo pequeño para la comida de mediodía, pero le servirá para cenas o meriendas. Me gusta mucho.
