Nice size with 2 small protruding "nubs" on the mounting sides to prevent rotation of square rubber pads when moving the object. Metal reinforcement of the screwhole and base make for zero movement of the pad under heavy load of sideways moves. Material is a synthetic or some sort of hybrid rubber so it appears to be very durable, yet with slight cushion and fewer worries of environmental degradation that rubber undergoes with time.

I received the feet promptly and was easy to install. The pads should be a little softer rubber so it doesn't slide across the counter. Hard rubber/plastic moves the cutting board across when slicing meats
