Alles, Fleisch, Fisch, Gemüse, wird kross und knusprig, ohne, wie sonst häufig bei beschichteten Pfannen, Wasser zu ziehen und eher zu garen als zu braten, weil die Hitzeverteilung nicht funktioniert.Hier: Hitzeverteilung gleichmäßig stark - und schnell (sowie lang anhaltend auch nach Abstellen der Flamme!) - wie in einer Eisenpfanne, aber mit dem Komfort des "Nicht Anbrennens/Anhaftens" bzw. der möglichen der Fetteinsparung durch die Beschichtung. Ein sehr deutlich spürbarer Unterschied schon zu beschichteten Pfannen "einer Klasse tiefer" so um die 100 €. Hätte ich nicht so deutlich erwartet. Bin sehr froh, mich nach negativeren Vorerfahrungen für diese Pfanne entschieden zu haben.Sehr saubere und solide Ausführung. Ich spüle Pfannen von Hand, nicht im Geschirrspüler. Hier natürlich auch.

It's my egg pan for over easy and omelets . Jury is still out on longevity as only time will tell. Build quality seems to be really good. As for looks it's a fantastic looking pan. Check back later. Oh and yes I only use silicone or wooden utensils.

Ich benutze diese Pfanne auf dem Induktionsfeld. Bei der größeren Version dieser Pfanne von Mauviel fing die Pfanne beim Braten an zu tanzen.Auch bei der reklamierten 28cm Pfanne war das der Fall, so dass ich sie letztlich zurückgeben musste.Bei dieser kleineren Version 24 cm passiert das nun nicht und es ist ein Genuss, sie in die Hand zu nehmen.Mit den Bratergebnissen bin ich sehr zufrieden.
