I've been taking something at night for sleep, to no avail. A friend told me about Melatonin about a year ago. Finally! I got tired & went to sleep for the night with no "drug hangover". Also, I have a Senior friend who was having serious problems getting to sleep & staying there. I gave him a bottle of Melatonin to try; he expressed his thanks & told me that the medicine works. I'm taking the 20 mg. I suggest you start with the lowest dose to learn how you tolerate it. Happy snoring!

I started having issues falling asleep and when I did, I seemed to wake up and not fall back asleep. These seem to help with that. They do NOT taste like berries, so I don't give them a chance to dissove. I just chew it up to get it over with.

I’ve been using an OTC “PM” sleep aid for a few years. It works for me. However, to decrease the amount of acetaminophen I ingest, I decided to try melatonin (mainly to replace the other PM medication) as a sleep aid. I ended up buying the 20mg version. I’m happy to report that so far—after more than a month—these melatonin tablets are working as good or better than the acetaminophen PM tabs I was previously using to help me sleep. I’ve noticed no side effects and can definitely recommend them to those who need to sleep better.
