Is a very delightful coffee.... the taste is sweet.. I love it

This made a delicious, espresso. It's smoother, and less tannic than coffe that hasn't been through a civet. I bought this partly because of some of the negative reviews. Yes, we all know where it comes from, trying to gross people out with that isn't a real review. Neither is attacking one supplier because of an industry that has problems. It's unethical to accuse this supplier of mistreating animals with no evidence that they do.
