Durable and reliable
Yes, these run large but I knew that when I purchased them. I purchased a medium for my 25 pound 18-month-old son who will be potty training soon. I bought them to fit over Under the Nile training pants, size 12-24 months, and they are just about perfect. They are a little "balloon-y" looking, but they do smoosh down under clothes. I probably could go down to a small but I'm afraid the leg holes would be too tight then. They are just right on my guy's skinny thighs right now, with a little room to grow. We used these for cloth diapering in the newborn phase and they worked well then, too. We used them over prefolds. A few notes about durability and other uses for these: We put these on over my son's night diaper (Pampers Extra Protection or Huggies Overnights) because we have problems with dampness. My son pees a ton overnight and these help. My son had the stomach flu a couple weeks ago. He had one of these on when he went to bed, and he woke up with a very full diaper and had pooped all over the place. While this cover didn't hold the mess (there is NO WAY any cover could have) I was very worried that it would be beyond stained. I threw it in the wash with the rest of his poopy bedding and clothing and it came out without a stain on it. Anywhere. It was actually amazing, because it had been covered in poop. So these apparently don't stain easily. Our newborn Dappi is also stain free, despite fielding 8 weeks of newborn poop. Very solid and reliable, cheap, workhorse cover. Not as easy as a wrap cover, but one of the trimmest out there for under clothes, and a great alternative to Gerber "rubber pants" for potty training.

Buy these when potty training!
I don’t usually write reviews, but these have been a life changer. My son is 28lbs, so I did order the smaller size (whichever was the medium). One day he had an explosive poop, and EVERYTHING stayed in the diaper/underwear cover. Like came out of the underwear but the cover caught it. No mess other than what was in the cover. I put them over his underwear every time now. So far no leaks. I don’t have to worry as much when he sits on furniture. 100% recommend to potty training mommas. Worth every penny to me.

Helpful to prevent diaper leaks overnight
Our baby is tall and slender, so she needs to wear a size 6 diaper heightwise but is only about a size 4 weightwise. Because her legs are slender and not chubby, the size 6 diapers fit perfectly on her torso to prevent leaks and blow outs out the back, but the diaper legs aren't fitted tightly enough to prevent leaks down her legs. So, we decided to give these rubber diaper covers a try. We sized down, based on reviews, and they were a perfect fit. We doubled up her diapers at night and then put the rubber diaper cover over the diapers. It fit just fine, even with the extra diaper. Nine times out of ten the cover has caught the leak and helped keep her bedsheets dry. Every so often, she leaks a bit around the legs. In those fewer rarer situations, though, it has also helped prevent a big mess. The covers are easy to wash by hand or in the machine on a speed cycle in cold water and then hang dry. They typically hang dry quickly as well. So, we have only needed one 2-pack and just wear one and wash one, but if you don't wash every day you may want to invest in a few packs to last through a week. These diaper covers have given us greater peace of mind at bedtime. We do recommend them for anyone with a similar issue to ours. I'm giving them 4 stars instead of 5 only because they don't 100% completely prevent leaks, but they are very good quality and are unlikely to rip or tear. The diapers we use that worked best overnight are Huggies Skin Essentials. They actually worked better than Huggies Overnights (which were much too big around the legs) and all other Huggies types (we literally tried them all). We found that we could use a Huggies Skin Essentials diaper and then double over it with any other type/brand diaper and then put on the rubber diaper cover. I hope this information helps other parents struggling with a similar issue.

Works well.
I bought these with another potty training underwear that was supposed to be absorbent. Turns out they weren’t absorbent enough, so I bought 4 more pairs of these. I love that I can throw these in the dryer. I bought extra potty training underwear because it’s hang dry. Now my little can have at least 10 accidents without having to worry about washing more of them. The price was great so I may buy more.

Great product for potty training, truly waterproof when used correctly, runs big
Fantastic product for potty training- truly waterproof (without containing any vinyl). We use them over training pants and they do not leak at all. They do not make a noticeable crinkling noise when baby walks either. What a great alternative to having to wash the carseat or carpet every time we have an accident! They are super easy to wash (if they aren't soiled I just rinse them in the sink with warm water - then just hang them up and they dry overnight). They do run quite large, maybe in part because they are sized for use with huge cloth diapers (when we used them over training pants instead). We are just growing out of the size small now, at 32" tall and 26 lbs. So definitely size down. PS here's a crucial tip: To avoid leaking from user error, you have to make sure that ALL OF THE ABSORBENT MATERIAL IS FULLY CONTAINED WITHIN THE COVER. If you allow even the slightest bit of training pant material to peek out of one of the leg holes or the waist, the moisture will wick out and you will have wet clothes. It took a little while to figure this out, but now that I've gotten myself in the habit of just tucking everything in when I put them on, we haven't had a leak since.

Toddler Panty Liner
They don’t hold all of the urine if the child has an accident. It’s just less fluid on the clothes.

Leak proof and odor free tested. Wish I had these when I started cloth diapering
These are amazing!!! I use pocket diapers for my baby and they always leak through soiling his clothes. This keeps my baby odor free and leak proof. They're very easy to wash and they dry just as quickly as the pocket diapers. 100% recommend this product for cloth diapering moms. I like being able to just check to see when the diaper leaks through.

Not exactly 100% leakproof but still a good option!
First of all sizing is way off! I had to go 2 sizes down from the suggested size. I am now using a small on my 2.5yr old. The bands around the legs are pretty soft and does not leave any marks on her legs. At first it does not hold in a any liquids at all but after a while I realized that you need to make sure the leg bands are pulled up to the vey top of the legs and and the panties are all tucked in nicely inside the plastic. Even with all that done, it still leaks if she has an accident while laying or sitting down. It does hold everything in if she is having an accident while standing up. Even if it leaks though, it does hold in some liquids so you have a little less mess to clean up. Also, I feel this help with the potty training over pull-ups since my child hates having accidents in it so she is more inclined to use the potty instead.
