It tastes great and well packed

I use to purchase this when I lived in NYC because of the natural ingredients. But now it is loaded with sugar and I can honestly say that the sweetness isn’t a sugar cane sweet but a fructose kind of sweet. I’m over this brand!!!

This order arrived unbroken which was nice. It tastes good and gingery, but where is the characteristic ginger sediment? In the past there were always pieces of ginger on the bottom of the bottle. Was there a change in the process? Are they now filtered out? Bring them back please. I enjoyed shaking the bottle “gingerly” to mix them back in.

2 missing bottles out of 12, and one crushed in center wrap. I received 9 bottles. Requested replacements 2 days ago. Haven't heard back.
