Easily chewable
Needed a chewable high end multivitamin since swallowing their mini size multi vitamin was difficult. Really appreciate chewables.

Works great for adults also
I have been taking this supplement for the past few months and it seems to be great.I know this is marketed for kids but, I am a 42 year old adult and was recommended this product by my naturopathic doctor.Typically I get this at my local market but they have been out for a while so I found it online and got it.I take this in the morning and then again a lunch and so far I have had a great experience with it. The taste is great and is an enjoyable way to get my b-complex vitamins in my diet.
