Smoother, softer skin in just a couple weeks
I had a sprain, that I needed to heal more quickly. Who has time for that? I saw an improvement in my skin just a week or two into taking it. A smoother appearance, 1st noticed on my hands. My sprain has healed, I believe this helped.

Bottle 1 Pain Relief?
Let me just get to point. I havent experienced any overnight miracles or anything for some stiffness on the arch of my foot that has been unexplainable a couple months now. I am taking collagen and MSM along with this product. I am on my 1st bottle and I dont expect I will feel any different for at least 2 more bottles worth. If you read up on these type of supplements it says 12 weeks is about when you feel the benefits if there will be any. I like that they are small you only have to take 1 and they are easy to swallow. I trust this label.

It works.
This product was recommended to me by a 93 year old patient at the cardiology practice I work for. This patient walked in with no assistance, 93, and said that 20 years ago she began this product instead of undergoing knee replacement. Seems to work

So it stands to reason that the capsules will help too. I've only taken the capsules a few weeks but there's less swelling under my eyes and the skin on the back of my hands isn't as crepy. I expect to continue to see positive changes.
