Yes, the P30i and the N30i are interchangeable

This pillow will only fit the Resmed frame for N30i (and obviously P30i). However the Resmed N/P30 frame --CAN-- be connected to the Phillips Respironics; I'm using the Resmed frame on a 12 year old Phillips. The hose is a tight fit (off and on) but it does fit.
