This simple kit, keeps my carbon bike safe and secure. Pretty stable and work as it should. Will buy again for the second bike!

This little device, although on the face of it a bit expensive, Is an absolute "must have" to protect your Carbon Frame. Although the Thule bike rack standard securing grips seem soft, they do still mark your frame. This device eliminates that completely. So well worth the money to protect a +£5k Bike!

It works to protect the carbon frame from being over-tensioned when on the bike carrier. Fits well and works as it should

As others have said, this should come standard with thule carriers now however, I bought my roof carriers ridiculously cheap second hand so I can't really grumble about buying it but if I'd got them new I'd be annoyed at the extra purchase. The product itself is great though, very solid and protects the fragile carbon frame from the crushing pressure (which is the carbon frames weakness) on the bike rack. I leave it in place on the bike when I'm riding and you forget it's there.
