Natural and very effective.
Oh, man these WORK. It feels like a treat to peel off the little paper and eat my little figgy bonbon. Then the next day, that old familiar gurgling starts, and at LAST! Fshoom! I feel so much better. These are, in my opinion, what drugstore laxatives wish they could be.

Natural Help for Irregularity.
Travel often causes me to become irregular which puts a damper on the enjoyment of time away. These were recommended by a French pharmacist when visiting there. Naturally made from figs, they regulated me within a day. I have used these for years as needed on those occasions when I find myself constipated. Natural and good-tasting, this product doesn’t cause the discomfort regular laxatives do. I’m so glad to have found them on Amazon.

They work
These work well the next morning. I didn't realize they do have an a substance that works like senna that could cause a lazy bowl if used to much. But they work great. Stick to your teeth like crazy.

Using it for years to avoid constipation
I've been using it for years. Anytime I'm constipated just eat one at night chew it well with plenty of water and the next day it easily comes out without causing diarrhea

I normally buy these in the UK when visiting. They are all natural half of one does the job. Disappointed I had to pay so much as I had run out and the next uk trip wasn’t for a while. If you don’t have the privilege of visiting Europe to purchase I would recommend paying this price 😩 I’ve used for 20yrs when travelling anywhere 😊
