I like it but I received it broken and Pot has a small crack. It's over priced but I still bought it and now I am disappointed because it's damaged. I don't know it's Amazon or the seller. I paid $150.00 for this. I want my money back. I am not happy. I know Amazon will take care. I have trust with them . To back up my complaint I am posting the pics and short Video .

Bought this as a gift. Extremely refreshing to drink from. I found that i needed to soak it overnight for 24 hours before use. Also, the white mould stuff is normal, you just scrub it softly with salt to remove it every now and then. Easy to install as well and the packaging, felt like a game of pass the parcel.

Tap was leaking the first time I got it. Followed up with seller get a replacement tap..got it after a week or so. The new tap still leaks. Seller seemed irresponsible to even do a basic check before sending the replacement. Product seems ok, but tap tends to leak and turn defective. Avoid this seller and this product
