Best rust-proofer out there
I have many vehicles in service both in the northern midwest (Michigan) and in California. I spray T9 on the entire undercarriage of all of the vehicles in the fall every year. I buy the gallon and use a spray bottle for application. It does leave a slight waxy looking residue that is easily removable if desired (but I don’t remove it). I have also used it under-the-hood in the engine compartment of a thirty year old Toyota pick up I bought new. T9 will not remove rust rather it helps prevent its formation and slow the progression. I have encapsulate rust on a few vehicles with POR-15 and then, after curing, sprayed with T9. I have not had any rust problems since. Some of my friends and extended family (who also live in Michigan and know road salt) have asked me how I keep the cars so nice and have since purchase T9 for their own use. T9 will stay in place for a lot of inclement weather (we get over 70 inches of snow each winter at our Michigan location) and it has not “washed” off or worn off any vehicle throughout the entire season. This is great stuff and well worth the price.

It's magic
Started using this years ago on a portable kayak that had an sectional aluminum pole space frame that was just straight up ignorant to take apart. Heard about this and started using it in place of PB Blaster (some truly heinous stuff that's literally poison in a can) and WD 40. I restore old iron wood working equipment, so on everything from iron ways & rails to chucks and Tee slots, this stuff has been fantastic. I also do a lot of vehicle maintenance, covering everything from oil changes to motor swaps, most of which involve working with alloy and dissimilar metal parts fusing into intractable messes. This stuff has now replaced all of my alternative penetrating oils. Whatever the case, I'll give it a shot of this, a quick rap with a hammer, and come back a little later to bust it loose, and this rarely disappoints. The only time it hasn't worked I ended up resorting to an induction heater or a gas torch, but everything short of that it has sufficed. I'm not a fan of toxic crap, and I've been told that this stuff is basically liquid Teflon (a "Forever" chemical) so I'm extremely careful about applying just enough when needed (an old squeeze type oiling can actually works great), which is also good for dealing with my only other real complaint about it. I realize that it possesses magical properties, and doubtless contains unicorn sweat, but damn it's expensive. It also clogs spray bottles over time and seems to develop some sort of coagulation if left on the shelf too long.

Great for protecting steel tools (instead of WD40)
Very thin liquid; we apply to fabric or a shop rag, and wipe the tool down with it. Excellent at keeping tools rust-free. The advertising says it sinks into the metal; it dries to a non-oily feel. Some commentators say it leaves a wax-like film when it dries. My husband is a woodworker, and I'm a hobbyist metalsmith; together, we have a lot of steel tools. We rub Boeshield T9 onto all of them.

dont trust Amazon prices
The product is ok. Watch exactly which price you are buying as it can change within minutes. Even though the coupon had the price to $88, the price I ended up buying was $150. Amazon, your little games suck.

WD40 on steroids
Not the cheapest by any means but well worth it. Used it on the seacock on the boat. A few small shots of spray and left it overnight. Next day the handle moved like it was brand new. No clue if the previous owner ever used anything on it but the boat sat there for at least 3 years. I have also used this on my marine speaker and will see what the outcome is. I contacted the manufacturer regarding usage on the speakers and they were very hesitant to recommend using it on them. I am conducting an experiment with T-9 and my Polk Audio marine speakers. I will update when I am on board again. Initial findings currently is no negative impact whatsoever. Time will be the determining factor. Update Feb 2020 Speakers are performing well. Initially after sitting for 6 month periods at a time, 2 of the speakers that were getting hit by the sun had a slight distortion. After a small reapplication and using them they are working better. The metal snaps on my canvas show no increased signs of corrosion and the seacock is still moving smoothly.

Excellent product. Great customer service.
Poor packaging, but that is not the manufacturers mistake a third-party packages these for shipment. The product is fantastic and well worth the money. Customer service for the product is excellent.
