Comfort Zone Cat Multi-Cat Diffuser: Home Kit (2 Diffusers & 2 Refills)

After a bit of research i settled on trying this for my cats anxiety. 1 wick was already damaged but as was unsure if was ment to look like that or not i tryed it while keep an eye on it. Instand buring plastic smell and alot of smoke. Removed it amd found wick had melted. Set it aside and tested the 2nd bottle and holder, seemed ok at first but within a few seconds smelt the same burning smell so unplugged it. The wick on 2nd bottle not melted but did get very hot. Luckly amazon gave full refund, and once everything has fully cooled down i will bin.

NO SIRVE. Lo compré para calmar a uno de los gatos (atacaba al otro), lleva más de un mes y se puso PEOR de agresivo. Según las descripciones, en una semana empiezan a verse resultados. Al menos para mí, fue una MENTIRA, en MI caso, NO FUNCIONÓ.

This is an amazing product that really works. We have a female cat in our household. Recently, we had our family visit us. They brought with them 2 male cats and a Golden retriever. Prior to their visit, we purchased Comfort Zone Multi-Cat defuser. Three days prior to the visit, we plugged the two defusers in our living room and in the upstairs area. As soon as the new pets arrived, they acted very happily. The two cats were running around the entire house freely and did not display any fear or anxiety. They were rubbing themselves on the surfaces and were happy with us petting them. They were even asking for belly rubs. One of the cats is usually very skittish and runs away and hides a lot but when he arrived here, he was a totally different cat. Even his owner said, wow, he must really be reacting to the pheromones. Our female cat was a bit scared of the two new cats and a big dog, but after two full days of avoiding them, she finally relaxed. Now she plays with the two cats and hangs around the dog with no problems. We made sure that if it ever looked like the cats might get into a bit of a conflict, that we would separate them and give them some time to chill. We are very impressed with this product. I can imagine that it would be hard adding just one extra cat into the household. With this product, we were able to add two cats and a big dog without any problems. Thank you so much for such a miracle!

Was hoping this product could be a cheaper but effective version of Feliway. However after only 2 days plugged in I noticed massive oil stains all over my walls and they won’t come out. I should have taken a photo with the initial damage. This is one of my walls currently after being washed and dried 3 times but the stain is still there. Be very careful with this product!

I've actually been using Comfort Zone Plug Ins for a very long time. Also use the this Calming Spray. Cats still get the zoomies and still play a little rough, but they no longer actively try to hurt each other. My female was getting bullied by the larger sibling recently. So I went back to my plugs in and things have calmed down nicely. He still chases her but no longer punces and bites her. Now she chases back and isn't as afraid as she was. These are three year old cats. I have used Comfort Zone to introduce cats and keep the piece. We now get on subscription.

I purchased this as an alternative to another brand to try it out. Since I plugged it in a few weeks ago: 1. It appears to work for my 6 cats (4 females, 2 males) as I've observed them to be more sociable and easy-going (ex: lying close to each other with tummies exposed, less verbal meow-fights, less stalking behaviours at litter boxes that are placed throughout the house, etc.) 2. One of my male cats has a habit of spraying (not UTI related; neutered) and he hasn't sprayed in the house since using this product 3. I've noticed oil streaks/ residue on the wall, similiar to other people's experiences. I've been wiping the wall every morning and night. I believe it's not ideal for safety and health concerns, and unsure why it happens with this brand. I'm concerned that there's a risk for accidental ingestion if my cats touch the wall, and/or if there's a baby/child visiting my home. Summary: Even though it works for my cats, I have other alternatives that don't leave oil residue on the walls. If this issue is addressed for future productions, I may reconsider trying this product again.
