Golf Digest's Book of Drills

Quite an old style book by the standards of 2009, but pretty much the same content as a new book. Plenty of exercises for you to do on the practice range for every part of your game. Black and white drawings of the positions and key points - no photos. But it doesn't really suffer for that as it covers all you'll need to know. All you have to do then is actully practice for hours and hours instead of reading this in bed.
