Seasons of the Witch: Samhain Oracle: Harness the intuitive power of the year's most magical night

The cards are amazing. They have really captured the Samhain spirit :-) The book has an elaborated explanation on both up right and reverse card meanings. U can find some spells and rituals + recipes too. In the beginning I thought these cards may be a bit scary... Honestly...they are not! Their meanings are quite positive and helpful! They have become one of my fav oracle decks to work with. Just pay attention on 2 things: - quite glossy. So.... keep them in a distance from sources of heating. I had them charged under a strong, summer sun...and I realized I had some glossy particles left on my hands afterwards. The cards are just fine now. I can't notice a difference on their surface. However, the strong hot sun must had overheated the glossy coating. - some of the meanings of the cards are quite witchy/spiritual oriented. This is quite fine by me. But it may not be perfect for other users. In any case, I think that even those witch meassages can be interpreted/applied otherwiseas well. I had no issue in adjusting the meaning in other more mundane settings :-) I love them :-)

This oracle deck is beautiful, lovely artwork, well thought out. The cards are a good size and easy to use. The meanings and script is well thought out and relevant both to Samhain and divination in general. I really love this deck and intend to purchase the other seasons' decks available. If I had 1 criticism it would be that the numbers relating to each card are hard to find in the booklet. They ate basically on the picture if the card, which at times ca n be a bit of a pain to see when looking through the booklet. Make them clearer and this would be absolutely perfect

As I’m new to oracle cards, I was advised to go for a set that called out to me – and these cards certainly did that! I’m a practicing Wiccan, so these seemed to tick all the boxes. This is such a beautiful set and one so well presented. Each card is wonderfully illustrated, the cards are strong in construction and that red edging is just divine. More importantly though is that they call out to be used, and I’m so excited to use them regularly. These also come with a helpful small book that offers a reading/interpretation of each card plus more. These are worth every penny.

A great deck for Halloween readings.

My favourite card set in this series. The theme is a bit dark as it’s Halloween but the cards have a nice energy and I did a particularly good reading with them. Love the foil and the box, the one issue with them is the wording on the cards are vague sometimes and seem to not make much sense, but I don’t often refer to them anyway I refer to use my intuition. I do recommend this deck

Gorgeous cards. She has worked wonders with this deck as the imagery it brilliant. The cards are sizeable and are a thousand times better than some of the smaller Oracle decks available.

L'oracle Seasons of the Witch est un très beau jeu de 44 cartes de belle taille, aux illustrations sombres et spooky sur le thème de Samhain et des sorcières. Les cartes glissent bien et se brassent avec légèreté. C'est le premier jeu que je possède qui a une tranche brillante rouge contrairement à la plupart de jeux qui ont une tranche dorée. Cela lui donne une originalité qui s'accorde parfaitement avec le dos rouge des cartes. En plus il n'y a pas de bordure, l'illustration prend toute la place sur les cartes et chacune d'entre elles possède un poème qui peut être utilisé comme prière ou incantation pour ce connecter à l'énergie de chaque carte tirée lors de vos rituels. Il est parfait pour Samhain et ce connecter aux énergies de ce sabbat. Le livret donne plusieurs méthodes de tirage et les cartes se décomposent en trois thèmes : les Outils de la Sorcière, les Familiers et Samhain. Ce qui permet de travailler avec ces trois thèmes indépendamment les uns des autres. Je trouve cela génial car il donne plusieurs possibilités de travail, de tirages et de Guidances. Malgré que le jeu ne soit pas traduit, il reste abordable pour ceux qui ont une petite base d'anglais donc ne soyez pas effrayé par le fait qu'il soit en VO il se comprend plutôt facilement. Je suis ravie de m'être laisser guidée par mon intuition concernant ce jeu malgré sont apparence "dark". Bref j'en suis ravie et c'est déjà devenu mon nouveau doudoudeck !!

I normally do not have oracle cards since I’m wed to the Tarot but the illustrations pulled me in and I convinced myself I really needed these cards. I ordered them one evening and the next day I received them! During a pandemic and hard lockdown! Go figure. What I like about the little booklet has a whole chapter just on different card layouts, many of which I have never seen. But what I really liked was a layout called ‘Interview Your Deck Spread’ which was the first layout I tried and it was quite illuminating. Despite the fact this is a deck dedicated to the dark time of the year (Samhain) there is a lot in this deck and the authors are clearly knowledgeable in working with Spirit. The book also deals with card reversals. The authors plan to create oracle cards for every major Wheel of the Year season and I look forward to adding them to my collection of cards.

The guidebooks are incredibly well-written, offering insightful interpretations, affirmations, and rituals that align beautifully with each season. Whether you’re using these decks for personal reflection, spellwork, or divination, they provide powerful guidance with a perfect balance of shadow and light. As a Neurodivergent, I can get overwhelmed and lost in all the different ways to approach my practice. These decks provide a sense of grounding—knowing I can pull a deck according to the time of year and work with that energy to focus my intention makes all the difference. The artwork of this deck is out of this world. Each card has a haunting quote and the book has very thorough descriptions. I am a sucker for card decks with coloured edges. I was not disapponted with this deck at all - definitely recommend!
